Mucho del resentimiento que guardamos se debe a la inhabilidad para comunicar nuestros sentimientos y la falta de receptividad de la otra persona involucrada. Esta mañana tuve un sueño muy interesante, en el que le expresaba con toda sinceridad y respeto a alguien los errores que él cometió hace ya muchos años. El escuchó con apertura, ni siquiera tuvo tiempo de decir nada, ya que mi sueño terminó, pero me dejó con un sentimiento de paz. Esta paz no la cambio por nada.
A lot of the resentment we keep is due to the inability to communicate our feelings and the lack of receptivity the other person shows. This morning I had a very interesting dream, where I expressed with all honesty and respect to someone, the mistakes he made so many years ago. He listened with openness, and although he couldn't say a word, as my dream finished, this fact let me with a feeling of peace. These peace, I won't trade it for anything.
